Business email

Email at your own domain, set up right.

We set up you@yourbusiness.com on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, move your old mail over, and add the records that keep it out of spam folders. Your phone and computer keep working the way they do now.

you@yourbusiness.com instead of a Gmail or Yahoo address.

Microsoft 365 or Google

We help you pick, then set it up in your business name.

Old mail moved

Your inbox, folders, and contacts come with you.

Every device set up

Outlook, Apple Mail, iPhone, and Android, tested.

Shared addresses

info@ and sales@ that land with the right people.

Records that reach inboxes

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC set and checked.

Why business mail lands in spam

Gmail and Yahoo now check that mail claiming to be from your domain really is. Since February 2024, every sender needs SPF or DKIM, and anyone sending more than 5,000 messages a day to Gmail needs SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

The failure we see most is a sender nobody listed: the website contact form, invoicing software, or a newsletter tool sending as you. We find each one and add it to your records.

  • Where your mail goes now (your MX records).
  • Every service that sends mail as your domain.
  • SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, set and passing.
  • A test message to Gmail and Outlook, checked in the inbox.

How it works

  1. Look at what you have

Who holds the domain, where mail goes now, and who uses which address.

  2. Set up the mailboxes

Accounts, aliases, and shared inboxes, built before anything switches.

  3. Move and switch

Old mail copied first, then new mail pointed over at a quiet hour.

  4. Check delivery

Test sends from every device, and the records confirmed passing.

Questions

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

If your office lives in Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft 365. If you already use Gmail and Google Docs, Workspace. Both work on any phone, and we set up either.

Will I lose my old email?

No. We copy your old mail before new mail switches over, and the old account stays open until you have checked everything came across.

Do I need a website to have business email?

No. You need a domain name. If you do not have one yet, we can register it for you.

My email already goes to spam. Can you fix it?

Usually, yes. It is most often a missing or wrong SPF, DKIM, or DMARC record, or a service sending as you that the records do not list. We find which one and fix it.

Who owns the email account?

Your business does. The account is in your business name, and you get the admin login when setup is done.

Want email at your own domain?
