Website maintenance / Ohio support

Your website needs a work log.

We handle the updates, broken forms, technical SEO, accessibility fixes, and small changes that pile up after a website launches. You see what we checked, what we changed, and what needs a separate decision.

We establish the baseline before we automate updates or promise a monthly scope.

The work

Maintenance means fixing real things.

A software update is only one part of it. We look at the website as a business tool: whether it opens, works, can be recovered, and gives visitors a clear next step.

Updates and recovery

Keep the site current and make sure there is a usable way back when an update causes trouble.

  • WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates
  • Backup and restore-path checks
  • Security and malware review
  • Uptime and certificate checks

Technical health

Find the small failures that make pages slower, harder to use, or unreliable on phones.

  • Broken pages, links, and forms
  • Caching and image review
  • Mobile layout problems
  • Hosting and error-log investigation

Search upkeep

Maintain the page-level signals we can verify without pretending anyone can guarantee rankings.

  • Titles, descriptions, and canonical tags
  • Sitemaps and crawl issues
  • Structured data maintenance
  • Search Console issue review when access is provided

Accessibility work

Identify and repair barriers in the actual site instead of relying on a widget or a compliance badge.

  • Keyboard and focus problems
  • Labels, headings, and image alternatives
  • Color contrast and reflow fixes
  • Automated checks plus manual review

A scope that matches the site

Start with what you actually need.

Maintenance is quoted after a review. We don’t put a simple brochure site and a revenue-critical store into the same package.

Scope 1

Watch and protect

For a stable site that mainly needs routine technical care.

  • Scheduled updates
  • Backup verification
  • Security and uptime review
  • Written maintenance log
Ask about this scope
Scope 2

Improve and maintain

For a business site that needs routine care plus a prioritized improvement queue.

  • Everything in routine care
  • Technical SEO fixes
  • Performance and accessibility work
  • Regular content or page updates
Ask about this scope
Scope 3

Managed website care

For a site that needs an ongoing technical owner, custom development, or faster response.

  • A defined monthly work allowance
  • Custom code and integration support
  • Staging and release coordination
  • Planning for larger improvements

Before you sign: the quote identifies the recurring tasks, work allowance, reporting schedule, response expectations, and work that requires separate approval.

First month

We get the site to a known state.

Blindly updating an unfamiliar site can create a bigger problem. We first learn what matters, where the site lives, and how it can be recovered.

Review

We inspect the public site, platform, hosting setup, critical forms, and known trouble spots.

Baseline

We document urgent issues, available backups, update risk, and the access required to work safely.

Stabilize

Approved cleanup work is handled in priority order. Larger repairs are separated from recurring care.

Maintain

Ongoing work follows the agreed schedule and appears in a clear work log.

Maintenance questions

How much does website maintenance cost?

We quote maintenance after reviewing the platform, current condition, update risk, and amount of ongoing work. A small brochure site and a busy WordPress store do not need the same plan. The quote will list the recurring work, response expectations, and anything billed separately.

Do I have to host the website with 330 Hosting?

Not always. We can review a site on another host, but access and platform limitations may affect what we can safely maintain. If the current setup is the source of repeated problems, we will explain the migration option before changing anything.

Does maintenance include unlimited website changes?

No. The agreed plan includes a defined scope or work allowance. Routine fixes and small content changes can be included. A redesign, new feature, large content project, or emergency recovery may need a separate estimate. We identify that before starting the extra work.

Can you guarantee rankings or accessibility compliance?

No responsible provider can guarantee search rankings or eliminate legal risk with a badge. We can repair verified technical SEO issues and accessibility barriers, document the work, and keep checking the site as it changes. Legal advice and formal certification are outside the maintenance service.

What access will you need?

That depends on the work. We may need the website administrator, host, domain, analytics, or Search Console. Do not send passwords through this form or ordinary email. We will confirm the exact access needed and arrange a safer handoff.

What happens before ongoing maintenance starts?

We first review the public site and ask about recent problems, leads, critical forms, and who controls the accounts. If we find a backlog, we separate the initial cleanup from recurring maintenance so the monthly plan starts from a known condition.
