Questions
Can every hacked site be cleaned?
Most can, but severe cases may be safer to restore from a clean backup and rebuild damaged parts.
Will cleanup stop future hacks?
Cleanup removes the current problem. Updates, strong passwords, backups, and monitoring reduce the chance of it happening again.
What do you need from me to start?
The site address, a hosting or WordPress login if you still have one, and roughly when you first noticed it. If a browser or Google is showing a warning, a screenshot of that helps. Do not send passwords by email; we arrange access another way.
How long does a cleanup take?
A typical WordPress infection is contained the same day and cleaned within one to two business days. A site with no backup, or one that has been reinfected several times, takes longer because the safer route is a rebuild from clean files.
