The padlock shows on some pages but not others. Why?
That is usually mixed content: one image, script, or stylesheet on the page is still loaded over plain HTTP. The certificate is fine; the page references need updating. We find the offending URLs and fix them in the theme, the content, or the database.
My certificate expired. How fast can it be fixed?
On our hosting a renewal is minutes once DNS points at the server. On another host it depends on their control panel, and we can walk you through it or do it with delegated access. Either way the site is usually back to a valid padlock the same day.
